Publish ContentPulse articles to your Webflow CMS.
Connect your Webflow site to ContentPulse with a site API token and publish reviewed, SEO-ready articles straight into a Webflow CMS Collection, rich-text body, featured image, and slug already set. No plugins, no embeds, no copy-paste.
Works with any Webflow site on a plan that includes the CMS (CMS, Business, or Enterprise) and has been published at least once.
Set up in four steps
Create a Webflow API token
In your Webflow site settings open Apps & integrations → API access, click Generate API token, give it a name, and grant the CMS read/write scope. Copy the token, Webflow shows it only once.
Find your Collection ID
Open the CMS Collection you want to publish to (e.g. Blog Posts) and copy its Collection ID from Collection settings, or from the URL. It is a 24-character identifier such as 5f7e...c1a2.
Connect Webflow in ContentPulse
In your ContentPulse website settings, open Integrations, pick Webflow, paste the endpoint https://api.webflow.com/v2/collections/YOUR_COLLECTION_ID and your API token, then hit Connect.
Draft & publish
Draft an article, review it, then hit Publish to Webflow. The item is created in your collection with its rich-text body, featured image, and slug, ready to go live on your site.
Installation guide
Generate the API token in Webflow
Go to Site settings → Apps & integrations → API access and click Generate API token. Name it (e.g. "ContentPulse"), enable the CMS scope with write access, then create the token and copy it somewhere safe.
Copy your Collection ID
Open the CMS Collection you publish blog posts to. The Collection ID is shown under Collection settings (and in the Designer URL). ContentPulse maps your article to the collection fields automatically, detecting the rich-text body and featured-image fields from the collection schema.
Connect Webflow in ContentPulse
In the ContentPulse dashboard, open your website, go to the Integrations tab and select the Webflow tile. Enter the endpoint https://api.webflow.com/v2/collections/YOUR_COLLECTION_ID, paste the API token, and click Connect. Your next published article will appear in your Webflow CMS.
What the integration handles for you
Rich-text body
Article HTML is rendered into the collection's rich-text field, headings, paragraphs, bold text, lists, and links render exactly like content authored in the Webflow editor.
Featured image
The hero image URL is written to the collection's image field and set as the item's main image with descriptive alt text.
Automatic field mapping
ContentPulse reads your collection schema and maps the body, summary, and image to the right fields, falling back to common blog conventions when no exact match is found.
SEO slug
The item name and slug are set from your article so the published page keeps its SEO-optimized URL.
Draft or live
Reviewed articles can be created as staged drafts in Webflow or published live immediately, matching the status you choose in ContentPulse.
Refresh, not duplicate
When an article is refreshed for freshness, the existing Webflow item is updated in place (same slug, same URL) so rankings stay intact.
Common questions
