This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for ContentPulse subscriptions and Usage Credits. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions.

Summary

  • There is a free account so you can evaluate ContentPulse before paying. Because of that, paid fees are non-refundable once a paid plan begins.
  • You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period, with no partial refund.
  • Zero-usage exception: if you cancel without having generated any content or ideas in your current billing period, we refund that period's payment, less the non-refundable payment-processor fee, and move you to Free immediately.
  • Otherwise, the only refunds we issue are for non-delivery of the Services, or a genuine duplicate/erroneous charge, plus any non-waivable statutory rights you have.
