Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 3, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ContentPulse platform and related services (the "Services"). Please read them carefully. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Summary
- ContentPulse is an AI content tool. You are responsible for reviewing and fact-checking everything before you publish it. We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, rankings, traffic, or any result.
- Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. A failed payment ends paid access immediately.
- Try the product first with the free account. Fees are non-refundable except as set out in the Refund Policy.
- The Services are provided "as is", our liability is limited, and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
This summary is provided for convenience only and is not a substitute for the full terms below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ContentPulse, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Definitions
"Content" means any text, images, metadata, or other materials generated, uploaded, or published through the Services. "Usage Credits" means the usage units consumed when generating or processing Content. "Account" means your ContentPulse user or organization account.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized access or security breach.
4. Subscriptions, Usage Credits, and Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled. Usage Credits are allocated per billing period and do not roll over between periods. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time; changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle and differences are pro-rated. You authorize us and our payment processor and merchant of record, Paddle, to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes; your billing statement will show a charge from Paddle. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may immediately suspend or downgrade your paid access without further notice; we are not obliged to retry payment indefinitely, extend usage on credit, or provide the paid allowance for any unpaid period. We reserve the right to change the pricing, features, or allowances of any plan (including introducing new charges or increasing existing ones) at any time. We will give reasonable advance notice of any price change, and it will take effect at your next renewal; it will never be applied retroactively to a period you have already paid for. If you do not accept a price change, you may cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal on which it takes effect, and your access will continue at the current price until the end of the paid period. Continuing to use the Services after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
5. Free Account
ContentPulse offers a free account so you can evaluate the Services before purchasing a paid plan. The free account may have limited features and usage allowances and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. In particular, external publishing on the free account is offered as a one-time trial limited to your first three (3) content items: those items may be pushed to third-party platforms and integrations (including your own website CMS - such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Webflow, HubSpot or BigCommerce - as well as LinkedIn, Medium, and any other integrations we support) so you can evaluate the feature. Beyond the first three content items, external publishing requires a paid plan, and any subsequent articles created on a free account are published only on your ContentPulse-hosted resource page. This limit applies per organization across the lifetime of the Account, including after a paid plan is cancelled or downgraded, and is not reset by deleting content. We do not offer paid trials; a paid subscription begins only when you select and pay for a plan, and your payment method is charged at that point.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to generate or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, deceptive, harmful, hateful, or that violates the rights of others; to reverse engineer, resell, or overload the Services; to circumvent usage limits or security controls; or to violate any applicable law. You must also comply with the usage and acceptable-use policies of the third-party AI providers that power the Services (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google), and must not scrape, crawl, or programmatically extract the Services except through the API we provide, nor exceed published rate limits or circumvent quota, authentication, or security controls. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this section.
7. AI-Generated Content: Your Responsibility
The Services use artificial intelligence to generate Content. AI output is produced by probabilistic models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose. ContentPulse makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee of any kind regarding, without limitation: (a) search-engine rankings, indexation, visibility, featured snippets, or placement; (b) inclusion or citation in AI-generated answers, AI overviews, or large-language-model responses from any provider (including Google, OpenAI, Microsoft, or Anthropic); (c) website traffic, engagement, conversions, leads, revenue, or any other business outcome; (d) the accuracy, originality, or non-infringement of Content; or (e) compliance with any search engine's guidelines or any platform policy. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and ensuring the legality and suitability of all Content before publishing or relying on it, and you should not use AI output as the sole basis for any significant decision.
8. Intellectual Property
As between you and ContentPulse, you own the Content you generate through the Services, subject to your payment of applicable fees and to third-party rights in any inputs you provide. The Services, including the platform, software, design, and underlying technology, remain the exclusive property of ContentPulse and its licensors. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to operate and improve the Services.
9. Third-Party Integrations
ContentPulse integrates with third-party services including Google Search Console, Shopify, and WordPress. By connecting a third-party account, you authorise ContentPulse to access and process data from that service as described in our Privacy Policy, and you represent that you have the authority to grant such access. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability. You may disconnect any integration at any time from your dashboard settings.
10. Service Availability and Changes
We strive to keep the Services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, and may impose or change usage limits.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services and all Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentPulse and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContentPulse from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or to comply with law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases; sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date and, where required, communicated to you. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
17. Beta and Experimental Features
We may offer features labelled beta, preview, or experimental ("Beta Features"). Beta Features are provided "as is", may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice or liability, and are excluded from any service commitment.
18. Your Records and Backups
While we take reasonable measures to protect and back up data, we do not guarantee against loss or corruption of Content. You are responsible for maintaining your own independent copies of any Content you need to retain.
19. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Services, you grant ContentPulse a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it for any purpose without restriction or obligation to you.
20. General
Force majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or successor. Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and ContentPulse regarding the Services. Notices and electronic communications. We may provide notices through the Services or to your account email, and you consent to transact and receive communications electronically. Export and sanctions. You represent that you are not subject to applicable sanctions and will not use the Services in violation of export-control laws.
